Clarification Text on Protection and Processing of Personal Data

As Passly, we attach the highest level of importance to the security of your personal data. In this context, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and all relevant legislative provisions, we process your personal data in the capacity of data controller as explained below.

  • Hosting and infrastructure companies

  • Authorized public institutions

can be shared in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

4. METHODS OF DATA COLLECTION AND LEGAL REASONS

Your personal data is collected by automatic or manual methods via the website (www.passly.me), mobile applications, e-mail, telephone and support channels, and digital forms.

These data are processed based on the legal reasons of execution of the contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and explicit consent.

  • E-mail address
  • Profile and business card information
  • Company information
  • IP address and usage data
  • Payment information (when necessary)
  • Social media links

6. RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION

Your personal data is protected in secure systems during legal retention periods.

When the period expires, the data is:

  • Destroyed
  • Or made anonymous
