This Clarification Text aims to inform about the processing and protection of personal data provided by users of the website located at www.passly.me and related digital platforms ("Platform") managed by Passly ("Company").

Your personal data obtained during your benefit from the Passly Card digital business card services offered on the Platform are processed by Passly as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") within the framework specified below.
